Yoga is an ancient system of wellness that uses exercise, breathing, and meditation to improve health and contentment by providing the tools to harmonize the body, mind, and heart.

Here at Studio Bliss, our classes are based in hatha yoga, using asana (yoga poses) to relax and restore or stretch and challenge the body. All of our classes are open to practitioners of every level, and teachers can always provide modifications to simplify or deepen a pose.
